To initiate a return, please email email@example.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations or damages.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- All sale items and items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE.
- Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 days from the date we receive the item(s).
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and return shipping costs are currently not reimbursed by Gypset Rose.
- We do not accept returns on international orders at this time.
- In the case of defective item(s) please contact us within 3 days of receiving merchandise or items cannot be returned.
